<p>Dr. Page’s passions include teaching, surgery, writing, patient advocacy, writing about the interface between literature and medicine, and encouraging patients to find their own voices. He has published a thriller, two reference books for writers, and many scientific papers. His book <em><a href="http://behlerpublications.com/titles-page.shtml" target="_blank">Body Trauma</a></em>  won the Independent Publisher&#8217;s Book Awards Silver Medal in 2006.  More, and excerpts, are at <a href="http://www.davidpagebooks.com">www.davidpagebooks.com</a>. </p>
