Describing the Indescribable: Pain and Suffering in Literature” by David William Page, Surgeon, Professor, Author. 

The location is Montague Book Mill, 440 Greenfield Rd, Montague, MA, (413) 367-9206, www.montaguebookmill.com. Food is available at the Lady Killigrew Café in the Bookmill building.

Dr. Page’s passions include teaching, surgery, writing, patient advocacy, writing about the interface between literature and medicine, and encouraging patients to find their own voices. He has published a thriller, two reference books for writers, and many scientific papers.
